Calling all students grades 7-12 to pack your winter gear up and head up to Metigoshe for two days of adventure, faith, and the option to tube or ski at the Bottineau Winter Park. We’ll kick things off with some fun activities before supper and will follow that up with more activities and the option of using our sauna at the Christian Center. After indulging in a delicious nighttime snack, we will end the night with a rocking campfire. We’ll conclude after breakfast so that you are well-nourished for a fun day on the skiing and tubing slopes at the Bottineau Winter Park. Communion–What an important and central sacrament in which to partake. As children approach the age when they can first participate, they have mixed feelings and lots of questions about Holy Communion. Register for the First Communion Retreat and begin the process of explaining what communion means. This well-designed retreat has become a critical part of many congregation’s education plans. There are hands-on learning experiences and lots of good old camp energy. If your congregation is currently without a pastor, don’t let that stop you. Parents and/or youth leaders can also attend. Each participant will receive a T-Shirt.
Cost: $25/person; No charge for advisors.
