Communion–What an important and central sacrament in which to partake. As children approach the age when they can first participate, they have mixed feelings and lots of questions about Holy Communion. Register for the First Communion Retreat and begin the process of explaining what communion means. This well-designed retreat has become a critical part of many congregation’s education plans. There are hands-on learning experiences and lots of good old camp energy. If your congregation is currently without a pastor, don’t let that stop you. Parents and/or youth leaders can also attend. The First Communion Retreat will be March 6-7, beginning at 7 pm on Friday evening and ending at Noon on Saturday. The cost is $25 per person.
