A familiar face is buzzing around in the kitchen at the Christian Center and we are excited to have her. Katie Sundbakken, a former camper, summer staff and most recently, outdoor ministry program intern, is now Metigoshe Ministries’ full-time cook. She loves to cook shrimp étouffée, which is a cajun or creole cuisine served over rice, and she also likes cooking various pasta dishes. Katie is looking forward to working with all of the retreat groups and sharing her ministry with them through her cooking. You may want to sign up for a retreat just to experience Katie’s cooking…it is that good!
