The 2022 Director’s Reflection Award was presented to Kerry & Jay Clark of Oak Valley Lutheran Church in Velva, ND at the summer Century III banquet at Camp Metigoshe. The Clarks have a long history of involvement in all aspects of Metigoshe Ministries, and they are very active in their community and the wider Minot area as well.
Kerry was a summer staff member in the 1970s and served on our board of directors at the beginning of this decade. Jay and Kerry both served in a variety of roles during our recent Ensure the Adventure capital campaign including committee leadership roles in our alumni, area major gifts, and congregational portions of the campaign. The Clarks also regularly volunteer their time and energy at camp, with Kerry spending much of our 2022 camp season cooking in our kitchen.

Metigoshe Ministries is deeply grateful for the many ways Kerry and Jay Clark support our mission and ministry. They embody the award’s purpose to recognize “those individuals who have extraordinarily influenced this ministry to the glory of God.”
