Nights of Christmas is a month away and we have a great line-up of entertainment from country to classic hymns to folk music. Rick Adams, a self-taught guitarist and singer from Moorhead, MN will be performing on the first evening, December 27. He will be bringing back the hits of the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and 2000’s best Country artists, as well as the sounds of the 70’s classic yacht rock.
Our Century III appreciation night is December 28 and your hearts will be touched & souls uplifted with Amanda Ellison. Amanda is known throughout the midwest for her unforgettable voice, rich with warmth and emotion. Amanda is a preacher’s daughter with a rich heritage of music. Amanda will be singing timeless Christmas songs & hymns, along with stories & scripture that will give Glory to God.
The final evening of Nights will be December 29 with the folk music of the MoonCats being our entertainment. MoonCats have kept the fun in North Dakota’s music scene for all ages since 2018. Using a mix of American roots instruments, Slinger, Danny, and Sky paint a picture of the plains and sing of the times. They are a fiery and fuzzy 3 piece stomping up acoustic roots remedies with a meaningful message. Enjoy new and old time music on banjo, washboard, upright bass, mandolin, guitar, harmonica, and more with the MoonCats!
We welcome everyone to attend one, two or all of the performances. In addition to the special entertainment, attendees will enjoy a worship service, the music and comedy of the 2024 summer staff and fellowship after the program with coffee and goodies. Each evening begins at 7:00 pm at the Lakeside Christian Center.
