Amanda Ellison is an inspiring vocalist and recording artist from Minneapolis, MN. Amanda has been singing all of her life, from the halls of her childhood home to the platforms of concert halls. Amanda sings the great landmark hymns of the faith from the depths of her soul with conviction and grace. Her voice has a richness and warmth that echoes her love for the Lord. Amanda gently weaves testimony and hymns together to connect with audiences from the very first note to the last. Amanda brings musical comfort, by ministering the songs we grew up with and pine for.

Amanda has toured throughout the upper Midwest for the past 8 years grabbing national attention with The Preacher’s Daughters. Prior to that, Amanda sang with the southern gospel female quartet. Amanda’s voice has touched the hearts of countless listeners around the world through social media and radio. She has shared the stage with many beloved groups and talented vocalists. Amanda is honored to work with talented producers Tyler Michael Smith and Darren Rust on hymn arrangements you won’t soon forget!
What matters most to Amanda is giving God the glory by conveying His love in song. Amanda has embarked on a solo ministry, bringing the old hymns to new places. You can expect to hear beautifully orchestrated renditions of timeless favorites that stand through the ages. Her riveting voice and engaging personality bring smiles to each face and even a tear to the eye, as she shares endearing stories of growing up as a preacher’s daughter, adventures of family life and truth from God’s word.
Amanda believes every hymn tells a story of God’s faithfulness. A testament to His leading in her life. She is dedicated to honoring the heritage of hymns for generations past and preserving them for generations to come. After all, hymns are for everyone.
Amanda is happily married to Jim, who travels by her side and is actively involved in her ministry of music. Amanda and Jim have 5 grown children who love remaining anonymous. Amanda loves sharing stories about motherhood and godly womanhood in person.
