“I’m a change the world kind of guy. Singing happy songs hoping you will sing along!”
A resident of Dunseith, ND, Art Rude was one of those kids who started performing musically by singing in church, first solo at age 4. He never stopped. In High School he performed with a boys quartet that performed extensively, and in 1969, his small town had the Governor’s Choir in North Dakota. In college, he performed with the Vagabonds, a 45 voice male choir, as well as the subgroups, a jazz choir, barbershop quartet, and Vagabond Varieties. Summers he worked as a camp counselor at Camp Metigoshe, and still loves campfire music best.
Art will be performing on December 27. The evening’s program will be taking place in the A-Frame chapel as part of our “50+1” years of Nights. Bundle up and come enjoy the evening. Program will begin at 7 pm.
