The annual woodsplitting weekend was held this fall with camp alumni volunteering. The group worked on building up the supply of wood for the many campfires that take place during the summer camp. Thank you to everyone who helped out.

On Sunday October 6th, 50 travelers boarded a south-bound bus for Nashville.  The Twin Cities was the first stop on day one, and on Monday the bus continued to Waterloo, Iowa for a tour of the John Deere tractor assembly plant. The second annual Fall Harvest Festival was a huge success again this year, with over 100 people spending the afternoon out at camp on Sunday, September 22. Our popular 2-in-1 Quilting Retreat is full to the brim! For those of you who wanted a quilting retreat, check out our Christmas Scramble retreat or the Harvest of Hobbies Retreat. Where has the summer gone? We are now in our last week of camp, and have 170 enthusiastic campers out at Pelican Lake. The summer has been a busy season, with over 1000 campers taking part in the Camp Metigoshe experience. We have a brand new fall retreat for all of the crafters in the area!  Come and enjoy the beauty of the Turtle Mountains and complete your crafting projects at the same time.
