Although they may seem simple, these tasty cookies are some of the most popular with visitors and staff at the Christian Center. They hardly make it out of the oven, and they disappear quickly!

Cottage Cheese Cookies

1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together butter, cottage cheese, and sugar until well combined. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add in flour, baking soda and salt and mix until just combined. Drop by tablespoons on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

These cookies are even better the next day, although they may not last that long!
